The Next Generation of Live Sound Starts Here

We are building a professional pathway for young people who want to work behind the scenes —

in high school theaters, professional venues, and everywhere in between.

YOUTH ON RECORD COLLABORATION (Denver, CO)

  • The Partnership: Co-creator of the Live Sound & Production workforce development curriculum.

  • The Goal: Empowering independent artists and students with the technical mastery required for professional touring and venue management.

  • The Impact: Bridging the gap between creative passion and a sustainable career in the music industry.

PACE CENTER SUMMER INTENSIVE (PARKER, CO)

  • The Course: Leading the Live Sound and Production class at the PACE Center for the Summer 2026 season.

  • The Focus: Hands-on training for local Parker youth and adults covering signal flow, mixing consoles, and event logistics.

  • Local Impact: Strengthening the local arts ecosystem by keeping professional production talent right here in Parker.

My passion for audio was ignited at the Uptown Music Collective in Williamsport, PA, and refined through formal training at the SAE Institute in NYC. These experiences taught me that the best way to learn audio is through hands-on, practical application within a supportive community. Today, I am dedicated to fostering that same environment in Colorado, providing students with the real-world skills and mentorship needed to thrive in the modern music industry.

WHat we do

The mission

1

Every great show has an invisible crew. The people running the mixing console, placing microphones, managing signal flow, and calling the shots from the back of the room — they don't take a bow, but nothing works without them.

At Roig Productions, we believe those people deserve a real pathway into the industry. Not just "figure it out on your first gig" — but genuine, professional training from working engineers, inside real spaces, with real gear.

What we do

2

Live Sound Education in High Schools We are bringing hands-on live sound and production training directly into high school theater programs across the greater Denver metro area. Working with the school's existing equipment and spaces, we teach students the foundational skills that open doors in the live events industry — signal flow, console operation, microphone technique, RF coordination, and professional show workflows. No new gear required. Just working professionals in the room with students who are ready to learn.

The credential

3

We are developing a Colorado Industry-Recognized Credential in Live Sound & Production — a state-approved certification backed by Colorado employers that students can earn and professionals can trust.

This isn't a participation certificate - it's a credential that tells an employer: this person understands signal flow, knows how a console works, has trained in a professional environment, and is ready to learn on the job.

We are working with Colorado employers, venue operators, and production companies across the Front Range to shape a curriculum that reflects what the industry actually needs. If you're an employer and want a voice in that process, we'd love to hear from you.

For Schools & Districts

4

Our program fits directly inside Colorado's existing Career & Technical Education (CTE) Arts & Technology pathway — meaning there's no new framework to create, and districts may already have Perkins V funding available to support it.

We come to you. We use your space and your equipment. We improve what you already have and teach students in the process. Your theater program gets better. Your students get a professional credential and real industry connections.

If you're a teacher, administrator, or district coordinator who wants to learn more, we'd love to have a conversation.

Industry Partners

5

We are actively seeking Colorado employers, venue operators, and production professionals who want to be part of shaping the next generation of live sound engineers.

Whether that means hosting students for a shadow experience, providing a letter of support for our state credential application, or joining our industry advisory panel — there's a role for you in this.

The students we train today are the crew you'll be hiring in three years.
