Taylor Roig
Founder & Lead Engineer
Taylor Roig is a Colorado-based sound engineer and production professional known for delivering exceptional audio & technical production for live performances, festivals, touring productions, and broadcast events across the US.
Over the course of his career, Taylor has engineered sound and led production in more than 100 performing arts centers nationwide, as well as internationally recognized jazz and music festivals and Emmy Award–winning television specials. Earlier in his career, he served as a sound engineer for Jazz at Lincoln Center and worked at the legendary Electric Lady Studios in New York City.
In addition to engineering, Taylor has produced nationally touring performances presented by leading performing arts institutions and festivals with Electric Root and IMG Artists. He has also run sound and production for many global leaders in government and business, where precision, discretion, and technical excellence are essential.
Santiago Leon
Senior Audio Engineer
Santiago Leon is a veteran sound engineer known for his work in some of the most demanding, high-stakes live venues in the country. Most notably, he served as the Head Sound Engineer at Ginny’s Supper Club in Harlem (under the Marcus Samuelsson Group), where he mastered the art of blending culinary excellence with top-tier musical performances. A regular fixture at The Irish Arts Center, Santiago’s presence in professional booths speaks to his ability to manage dynamic environments and seamless audio integration. Now he brings his extensive expertise to the Roig Productions team.
