Founder & Lead Engineer
Taylor Roig is a Parker-based audio engineer and live events producer with over 20 years of experience managing complex sound environments. From his early roots at the Uptown Music Collective in Pennsylvania to his professional training at SAE Institute NYC, Taylor has built his career on the belief that great sound requires both technical mastery and a hands-on approach. Having mixed everything from intimate jazz ensembles to large-scale sessions, he now brings that same world-class precision to the Colorado.
Santiago Leon
Senior Audio Engineer
Santiago Leon is a veteran sound engineer known for his work in some of the most demanding, high-stakes live venues in the country. Most notably, he served as the Head Sound Engineer at Ginny’s Supper Club in Harlem (under the Marcus Samuelsson Group), where he mastered the art of blending culinary excellence with top-tier musical performances. A regular fixture at The Irish Arts Center, Santiago’s presence in professional booths speaks to his ability to manage dynamic environments and seamless audio integration. Now he brings his extensive expertise to the Roig Productions team.
